Wilton Police Arrest Log For Nov. 27-Dec. 3

WILTON, CT — A dollar store disturbance, and a vehicle rollover, were at the top of the Wilton Police Department's blotter this past week.
On Nov. 27 at around 2:30 p.m., police were called to the Dollar Tree store located at 14 Danbury Road for a report of a woman causing a disturbance.
First responders found the woman was no longer at the scene. Police swiftly identified the suspect as Lucinda Wiley, 37, of Main Avenue in Norwalk, and found her at her apartment.

Police charged Wiley with second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in Stamford superior Court on Dec. 7.
On Nov. 28, shortly before 10 a.m., Bridgeport resident Tiffany Levy, 31, turned herself in at WPD headquarters on an active arrest warrant for failing to respond to a violation for charges stemming from a previous infraction. Levy was taken into custody, charged, processed, booked, and released on a $100 bond. She is scheduled to appear at Stamford Superior Court on Dec. 7.

On Nov. 2, police responded to a single-vehicle accident at 17 Mountain Road. The vehicle was traveling westbound on the roadway, negotiating an uphill curve, when the driver misjudged the turn, according to the police report. The vehicle hit the curb, and then a light pole, before rolling over onto the driver's side.
Georgetown EMS took the driver to Norwalk Hospital, and the vehicle needed to be towed from the crash site.
Police cited the driver for failure to maintain proper lane.
