Wilton Police Department To Host Tours Of Headquarters Saturday

The Wilton Police Department will be holding tours of its headquarters on Saturday, Mar. 26.

WILTON, CT — The Wilton Police Department will be encoring its tour of its headquarters on Saturday.

The spring tour, like the ones offered last October, is being offered in conjunction with the work of the Police-Town Hall Building Committee that was charged with studying the deficiencies and needs of the police headquarters. The committee later made a recommendation to the Board of Selectmen for a new headquarters in front of the existing police building.

The Board of Selectmen is expected to recommend a plan to the voters at the Annual Town Meeting in May 2022. The committee is encouraging residents to take advantage of the tours and to learn about the building's challenges first hand.
