Wilton Rocks for Food All-Stars Kick Off Summer Concert Series
The free concert on Sunday is being held at Schenck's Island.

WILTON, CT -- The Wilton Parks and Recreation Department's Summer Concert Series kicks off Sunday, July 15 with a performance by the Wilton Rocks for Food All Stars from 5-7 p.m.
Wilton Rocks for Food is an annual concert fundraiser that benefits the Connecticut Food Bank and the Wilton Food Pantry. In its 3 years of existence it has raised over $150,000 to help feed the needy. The Wilton Rocks for Food All Star band is hosting a serious of concerts with a rotating group of singers and guest musicians, all anchored by the house band of Andy Schlesinger, Brennan Gildersleeve and Dan Berg.
The free concert on Sunday is being held at Schenck's Island with seating on the island and across the river at The Chess Park and the final two at Merwin Meadows. Concert goers are encouraged to set up a blanket or chair, bring a picnic, and sit back and enjoy the music.
