'Wilton Rocks for Food' Concert Fundraiser Set For December

The curtain will come up on the annual Wilton Rocks for Food Concert Fundraiser Saturday, Dec. 3 at the Wall Street Theater in Norwalk.

WILTON, CT — The curtain will come up on the annual Wilton Rocks for Food Concert Fundraiser Saturday, Dec. 3 at the Wall Street Theater in Norwalk at 7 p.m.

Proceeds from the yearly benefit help support the Wilton Food Pantry and Connecticut Foodshare.

The 3-hour concert will feature over 30 Wilton musicians, and feature an open bar, a silent auction, and the chance to cheer for your neighbors while giving back to your community.

Since its inception, Wilton Rocks for Food, a 501(c)(3) organization, has raised and donated almost $700,000 to these two food pantries. Sponsorships are also available. All expenses are covered by founder Andy Schlesinger to ensure that 100 percent of the money raised goes to charity.

The group has raised $65,000 of its 2022 goal of $175,000, according to its website on Nov. 16. Tickets begin at $125 and are on sale online here.
