Wilton Sexual Molestation Suit Is Withdrawn

WILTON, CT -- The sexual molestation suit brought against Wilton and the Board of Education by the parents of a former Miller-Driscoll preschool child was withdrawn, the Wilton Bulletin is reporting.

The suit focused upon a Wilton family's allegations their daughter was molested in 2012 by former paraprofessional and Miller-Driscoll employee Eric Von Kohorn. He was jailed on child pornography charges. He was released from prison last October.
