Wilton Superintendent of Schools Kevin Smith will receive a $20,000 incentive compensation, the Wilton Bulletin reports.
According to the Bulletin, a percentage of Smith’s compensation was based on a series of performance-based metrics. Officials said Smith not only met those metrics but exceeded expectations in some key areas.
