Wilton's Canine Company to be Honored by ROAR

Ridgefield Operation for Animal Rescue to honor Wilton's Canine Company with its Community Business Star Award

The Ridgefield Operation for Animal Rescue (ROAR) has named Wilton’s Canine Company its Community Business Star of 2018 for the company’s long-time support of the ROAR’s mission to find loving homes for pets in need.

The Award will be presented during the shelter’s annual fundraising gala, ROAR with Laughter, February 24 at Rolling Hills Country Club. Tickets are available through the ROAR website or by calling 203-438-0158.

Canine Company has been a ROAR supporter since 2011, providing contributions to the operating budget as well as volunteer service by its employees. Additionally, in 2017, the company sent its Mobile Pet Spa to the ROAR shelter to provide makeovers for adoption candidates, so they look their best when they meet prospective adopters.
