Woman Arrested for DUI After Crash Involving a Child In Wilton: Police
Police say that a breath test revealed the woman's blood alcohol content was more than three times the legal limit.

WILTON, CT — A Weston woman was arrested for driving under the influence after crashing in Wilton with a child in the car on Feb. 25, according to police.
A 911 caller reported a one-car crash near the intersection of Sturges Ridge Road and Cedar Road, and believed it was caused by a medical issue. Police responded to the scene and found that Hilary Flora, 58, of Weston was under the influence and had a six-year-old child in the car.
No injuries were reported as a result of the crash, but police say that a breath test showed that Flora's blood alcohol content was .2769, over three times the legal limit of .08.

Police charged Flora with driving under the influence and risk of injury to a child. She was originally due in court on March 7, but current court records show she is due to be arraigned in Norwalk Superior Court on March 9 on charges of risk of injury to a child, illegal operation of a vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive upon right and operating under the influence with a child in the car.
