• Pride Flag Torn Down From Historic Windsor Church (patch.com) — A Pride flag was torn down from the front of First Church in Windsor, prompting the senior minister to denounce the act as intimidation and reaffirm the congregation's welcome to LGBTQ+ residents. He emphasized Windsor's generally kind community, urged residents not to stay silent about such incidents, and pledged the flag will be replaced while police determine whether a report has been filed.
• 8 Windsor Students Named National Merit Semifinalists (patch.com) — Eight students studying in Windsor, including one from Windsor High School and seven from Loomis Chaffee, have been named National Merit Scholarship semifinalists. These high-achieving seniors now move on in a national competition where their academics, leadership, and test scores could earn them part of $24 million in scholarships.
