Join End Hunger CT!, CT No Kid Hungry campaign, the CT State Department of Education, and other partners for a Summer Meals Outreach “Blitz Day” in your community to kick-off Connecticut’s 2015 Summer Meals Programs!

What is a Blitz Day?

A canvassing event to raise awareness of the FREE federally funded healthy meals and snacks available for children 18 years of age and younger during the summer season. To find out more, click HERE

New Haven: June 20th, 12:30 pm

Thompson: June 22nd, 1:00 pm

Stamford: June 23rd, 9:00 am

Windsor: June 24th, 12:00 pm

Hartford: June 25th, 11:00 am

Plainville: June 26th 12:30 pm

Get involved with us to distribute Summer Meals outreach materials throughout your community with a team of other volunteers. Choose the location time that works best for you to join these efforts! Blitz Day volunteers will be provided with a t-shirt and all materials necessary as we kick off Summer Meals in 2015 - all you need is to bring you!
