The Importance of Fun in Fitness

You can have fun with your workouts and the people you workout with. Stay motivated, have fun and achieve fitness/health goals.

When the workout is over - above all else - you should have fun. It’s important to find something you love (though you may not realize it right away). The fun keeps you motivated and helps you achieve your goals. Be a superstar like Mimi who climbed that rope and posed for picture before coming down!
