Mary's Place Annual Memory Walk

Come and join us to walk in memory of a loved one while supporting a great local organization! This event takes place on May 3 in Windsor!

We hope that you will consider joining us for our 3rd Annual Walk! We invite you, and other members of the community to come join us on the Windsor Town Green to walk in memory of those who have passed. Mary’s Place, A Center for Grieving Children and Families is an organization that has helped many families deal with losing a loved one by providing support to children, teens, and young widow and widowers.

On May 3, 2015 we are hosting a walk to remember those who have passed, and to help support this amazing organization that continues to support those dealing with grief. Anyone who has gone through the program, myself included, can share with you the power of healing Mary’s Place gives to those who are dealing with grief.

Three years ago Miranda Fitzpatrick, a past participant of Mary’s Place, decided to start this fundraiser. She continues to chair this event as a senior in high school. This moving experience brings together our families, volunteers, and friends to support programs for grieving children, teens and families.

Come check out our walk that includes...
- 2 mile walk around Windsor Center/ Nature Path
- Raffle
- Face Painting
- Breakfast foods and fruit
- African Drummer to lead our walk

Registration starts at 9:30am and the walk begins at 10:00.

Registration:
$20 for adults
$10 for children under 13.

100% of the money raised in the Annual Memory Walk will directly benefit Mary’s Place.
