- William McCaffrey of Windsor, who is studying electrical engineering, made the Dean's List for the 2017 spring semester at Rochester Institute of Technology. Degree-seeking undergraduate students are eligible for Dean's List if their term GPA is greater than or equal to 3.400; they do not have any grades of "Incomplete", "D" or "F"; and they have registered for, and completed, at least 12 credit hours.
Roger Williams University, Bristol RI

- Roger Williams University is proud to announce that Nicholas Dillon, of Windsor, graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Criminal Justice in May as part of the Class of 2017.
Seton Hall University, South Orange NJ
- Seton Hall University is pleased to announce that Sarah Pranaitis qualified for spring 2017 Dean's list and to congratulate them for their outstanding academic achievements. Qualifications for Dean's list include enrolling as a full-time matriculated student with a minimum of 12 undergraduate credits, completing all courses with a GPA of 3.4 or above, and with no grades lower than "C".

Debevec-Mckenney of Windsor completed his baccalaureate studies in broadcasting and mass communication, cum laude, in spring 2017 at SUNY Oswego and was recognized at the college's Commencement in May. A student who graduates with honors is indicated by the traditional Latin phrases summa cum laude, with highest honor (grade averages of 3.8 to 4.0); magna cum laude, with great honor (grade averages of 3.6 to 3.79); and cum laude, with honor (grade averages of 3.30 to 3.59).
