• 57 apartments proposed for vacant Windsor office on Waterside Crossing (ctpost.com) — A long-vacant office building at 7 Waterside Crossing in Windsor could soon become 57 apartments, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, if a special-use permit is approved. Windsor's Planning and Zoning Commission will review this proposal, along with a separate 201-unit adaptive reuse project, at its Sept. 9 meeting, signaling significant potential changes for local housing and former office corridors.
