Silver Alert Issued for Missing Windsor Teen
The 17-year-old girl has been missing since Jan. 26.
A Silver Alert has been issued for Windsor’s Liann Hall, 17, who has been missing since Jan. 26.
Hall is described as a white female with blonde hair (with what police said is strawberry color in her hair), standing 5-feet, 4-inches tall and she weighs 135 pounds.
