Windsor Obituary: Derrick Davidson, 53

Derrick A. Davidson, 53, of Windsor, passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2016.

Born in St. Catherine, Jamaica, son of the late Alvin Davidson and Eugenie (Simpson) Davidson of Jamaica, he was raised there and came to the United States in 2006. He had been employed by Windsor Rehab.

He leaves two sisters Elfreda Powell of Bloomfield and Claudette Davidson of Windsor; four brothers Ian of Canada and Trevor, Vernon, and Kenneth all in Jamaica; and among many nieces and nephews Roxan Noble and Roshelle Tappin both of Windsor.

His family will receive friends Saturday, June 25, 2016 from 9-10 am at St. Martin's Episcopal Church, 290 Cornwall St. Hartford followed by a funeral service at 10 AM. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Bloomfield.
