
Jean (Arthur) Hotchkiss, 94, of Whitingham, VT formerly of Windsor, beloved wife of the late Alfred Charles Hotchkiss, passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born July 24, 1921 in Windsor to the late Jesse Woodbridge and Selma Victoria (Anderson) Arthur. A nearly lifelong resident of Windsor, Jean had been a member of the First Church in Windsor. She loved viewing her gardens, birds and nature. Jean took great joy in writing notes to friends and family but nothing could surpass the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughters, Christine L. Hotchkiss and her partner, Teresa Anderson of Whitingham, VT; Kathryn J. Hotchkiss Lowe and her husband Patrick of Branford; her grandchildren, Zoe and Naomi Lowe, and her brother-in-law, Robert Senger of Bridgeton, ME. In addition to her husband and parents, Jean was predeceased by her sister, Betty Senger.

A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 1 p.m. at the Rose Hill Memorial Park, 580 Elm St., Rocky Hill.
