3 Suspects Captured in East Windsor Home Invasion

A resident was inside the home at the time of the break-in and called police.

EAST WINDSOR, CT — Three people were taken into custody early Tuesday afternoon after a home invasion was thwarted on Kreyssig Road, police said.

Three individuals broke into the home while a resident was still inside the house. The resident was able to call 911 while hiding in an upstairs bedroom and gave a description of the suspects for responding officers, police said.

The victim said initially the suspects had rang the doorbell and knocked on his front door. When the victim did not answer, the suspects broke into the home and he could hear them walking around downstairs, police said.
