• Windsor Locks superintendent responds to woman who says son is being bullied at school (fox61.com) — Windsor Locks school officials are defending North Street School and Principal Giovanni Testani after a local mother said her seven-year-old son was repeatedly bullied and that the district failed to act. Superintendent Shawn Parkhurst issued a detailed statement backing staff, explaining why the mother was barred from school property, and urging parents with concerns to contact the district’s Central Office directly.
