Kick-Off for Adults and Children Summer Reading Program

Saturday, June 18, is the kick-off day for boththe kids’ and adult summer reading programs.

If you (or your child/grandchild) are ages 3-12, sign up for “One World, Many Books” between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Ms. Kristin will be hosting crafts, music, and dancing in the children’s room during the sign-ups.  Don’t worry, if you can’t make it on Saturday you can still come in during the next week or two to sign up, but don’t miss all the fun if you have time the stop in on kick-off day.

Adults will enjoy “Novel Destinations,” an opportunity to win prizes and have some fun doing what we all love best during the summer… reading!  Register for this adult reading program on the 18th, too.  If you are there during the official sign-up time, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., you can enjoy international snacks and pick a free book for your personal beach reading collection.  Stop in!  If you can’t make it on Saturday you can certainly sign up later on, and remember, there are no “assigned” books.  Your reading is your choice!
