EAST WINDSOR, CT — A Hartford Police officer has been <a href="https://www.nbcconnecticut.com/news/local/Hartford-Police-Officer-Arrested-for-Second-Time-in-a-Month-492039741.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">arrested again</a> in East Windsor. James Guzie was charged with violating a protective order and was arrested Aug. 23, according to court records. Guzie was previously charged with disorderly conduct. His wife told police that he had pushed her twice after he took her cell phone, according to NBC Connecticut.
