• How 10 Northern CT Town Budgets Stack Up For 2026-27 (patch.com) — Windsor Locks has finally approved its 2026-27 budget on the seventh try, passing by just one vote and setting a 22.25 mill tax rate. Spending will rise about 4.77%, with only a modest school increase and more of the growth on town-side costs, while a two-year revaluation phase-in complicates how individual tax bills change.
