Man Arrested In East Windsor Burglary: Police
A Hartford man was arrested following a daytime burglary Monday.

EAST WINDSOR, CT - Police have caught and arrested a man who allegedly broke into a North Road residence Monday. Police received a 911 call from a resident at 4 p.m. stating that someone had broken into their apartment.
When police arrived on the scene, they caught a man leaving the apartment. None of the residents were home at the time of the burglary and they did not know the suspect.
Paul Cruz, 34, of Hartford, was arrested for third-degree burglary and fifth-degree larceny. He was held on $100,000 bond.

Cruz also had an extraditable warrant out of Virginia for a probation violation, according to police. He was consequently also charged as a fugitive from justice and held on an additional $100,000 bond. He will appear in Enfield Superior Court today.
