Jameal M. Omary, 21, of 277 Elm St., Apt. F, Windsor Locks, is charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failure to return suspended/canceled license or registration, and failure to display number plate or insert.

Amy B. McNaughton,  40,  of 232 Scantic Road, East Windsor, is charged with operating  a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor/drug/elevated blood alcohol level and failure to drive right.

April 2

Daniel Waylonis, 20, of 185 Highridge Road, Avon, is charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Thomas F. Leclair, 48, of 30 Circle Drive, Windsor Locks, is charged with improper number of headlights and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor/drug/elevated blood alcohol level.

April 3

Steven W. Houser 2nd, 21, of 15 Highland Ave., Rockville, is charged with second-degree breach of peace, two counts of injury or risk of injury to, or impairing the morals of children.

Jeremy Williams, 28, of 21 Elm St., Enfield, is charged with speeding , more than 60 mph but lees than 85 mph.

April 4

Anna L. Waite, 36, of 108 Main St., Apt. E, East Windsor, is charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Robert A. Haskell, 19, of 57 W. Main St., Rockville, is charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal trespass.
April 5

Jonathan Vasquez, 46, of V13 Mill Pond Road, East Windsor, is charged with third-degree assault.

April 6

Carlton R, Goodman, 27, of 55 Elm St., Apt. 108, Simsbury, is charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked.

April 7

Alexander Hart, 38, of  79 Lenox St., Hartford, is charged with operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked.

Daniel Neary, 26, of 495 Pleasant Valley Road, South Windsor, is charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked and failure to return suspended/canceled license or registration.
