Three Busted for Narcotic Sales in Windsor Locks, East Windsor

A regional narcotics task force executed warrants on three individuals Thursday, and are seeking a fourth person.

WINDSOR LOCKS-EAST WINDSOR, CT — An investigation into narcotic sales being conducted out of a pair of area bars led to the arrest of three people Thursday.

The North Central Regional Narcotics Task Force, consisting of police officers from Enfield, East Windsor and Windsor Locks, worked with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms to conduct an investigation into cocaine sales at bars in East Windsor and Windsor Locks, Enfield Police Chief Carl Sferrazza said.

Undercover officers purchased cocaine inside JR's Cafe on Bridge Street in the Warehouse Point section of East Windsor, and from an employee of the Fan Club Sports Bar and Grill on Route 75 in Windsor Locks, Sferrazza said.

Arrest warrants were obtained and served Thursday on three individuals.

  • Andrea Frediani, 34, of 30 Elm St., Windsor Locks, was charged with three counts of sale of narcotics and two counts of conspiracy to sell narcotics. She was held on $300,000 bond.
  • Lori Liston, 56, of 26 King Ct., Enfield, was charged with sale of narcotics and two counts of conspiracy to sell narcotics. Her bond was set at $200,000.
  • David Frediani, 30, of 30 Elm St., Windsor Locks, was charged with conspiracy to sell narcotics, and was held on $100,000 bond.

Police also have an active warrant for Hewitt Haynes, 37, of 61 Rice Rd., East Windsor, charging him with sale of narcotics and conspiracy to sell narcotics. Anyone with information as to his whereabouts is asked to call the East Windsor Police Department at 860-292-8240.
