Visions For Vacancies: East Windsor
We want your opinion about the best use for this East Windsor commercial space.

EAST WINDSOR, CT — Periodically, Windsor Locks-East Windsor Patch will highlight a vacant commercial property and ask you to tell us what you think would be the best use for it.
Forget what zone it’s in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts most people to sleep. If you had your way, what would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community?
Today we are featuring a small freestanding building at 252 South Main Street (Route 5), diagonally across from Henry's Pizzeria. In the past, it has served as everything from a liquor store to a home improvement center, and most recently housed the Long Stem Flower Shoppe, which has moved to East Granby.
