Windsor Locks, East Windsor Residents: Check Out This 17-Year-Old's Snow Shoveling Routine
Watch this amazing video from a New Englander bent on making the most of the January 2015 blizzard.
The average snow shoveler burns eight to 10 calories a minute, but something tells me that Brian Johnson of Montville, Conn., isn’t your average snow shoveler.
“I have conjured up a video to show everyone how to properly deal with winter storm Juno that is now coming to an end,” he said via email. “Although we have been hit with a couple feet of snow, it isn’t all that bad unless we make it bad. I decided to get out, shovel, and make it fun through a unique calisthenics edit.”

Johnson has been training in calisthenics for about a year-and-a-half.
“I find it more fun and enjoyable doing the things with just using my body while gaining muscle at the same time,” he said. “It has become a lifestyle!”
And hey — if you have to shovel snow, you might as well do it in style!
