Woman Admitted Snorting Cocaine and Heroin Before Fatal Windsor Locks Crash: State Police
The woman already has been charged with operating under the influence, and further charges are expected.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — The Newington woman accused of causing a fatal crash on Interstate 91 Saturday told state police she had snorted cocaine and heroin that morning, the Hartford Courant reported.
Katell Gunning, 34, was arraigned Monday in Enfield Superior Court, and was ordered held on $75,000 bond.
Gunning is alleged to have rear-ended a Ford F-350 truck operated by Kevin Dutra, 46, of Colchester on the northbound side of I-91 near exit 42 around 1:55 p.m. Saturday. Dutra lost control of the truck, which overturned and struck a guardrail, killing him, according to a police report.
