Woman Injured In East Windsor Apartment Fire
A woman was taken to an area hospital, then flown to Bridgeport Hospital, according to a fire official.

EAST WINDSOR, CT — An unidentified woman sustained injuries during a fire in an apartment building on Pleasant Street Monday afternoon, according to a fire official.
Warehouse Point Fire Chief James Barton said the fire was reported at 2:56 p.m. at the Carousel Apartments, on the second floor of the easternmost of the two buildings. The woman was taken from the building to an area hospital, then was flown to the Connecticut Burn Center at Bridgeport Hospital. Her condition is not known.
Three people in an apartment below the fire scene were evacuated as a precaution against smoke, Barton said.
