Church Looking to Sell Middlebury Land for $1.2M: Report
Already, developers are interested in the property.
MIDDLEBURY, CT – St. John of the Cross Church is looking to sell a 52-acre parcel it owns off of Middlebury Road for $1.2 million, the Republican-American reports. The church is selling the land because it is in need of cash.
A couple of developers have expressed interest in the site and possible uses including senior housing, assisted living or a planned unit development, the Rep-Am reports.
