WOODBURY - February 5, 2025 - Community Theatre at Woodbury (CTAW), now in its 11th season, announces their latest production - Peter and the Starcatcher. A play by Rick Elice with music by Wayne Barker. CTAW's production features a cast of 12 local actors and is directed and choreographed by Erin Gorski.
Tony-winning Peter and the Starcatcher upends the century-old story of a boy who will not grow up (aka Peter Pan). From marauding pirates and singing mermaids to unwilling comrades and unlikely heroes, Peter and the Starcatcher playfully explores the depths of greed and despair... and the bonds of friendship, duty, and love.

"This show is unique in that it asks audiences to contribute their imaginations to the creation of the story and in doing so they become part of the storytelling ensemble, " said Erin Gorski, Director and Choreographer. "We are excited to share some time with audiences making magic out of the mundane and remembering that we are all made of starstuff."
