Decision Reached on Woodbury Garden Center that Opened without Permit

The town's Zoning Commission reviewed the situation.

WOODBURY, CT — A zoning permit has been approved for the garden center in Woodbury that opened without one this summer at 121 Main Street North.

The Zoning Commission approved the permit last week, but owner Joseph Sampieri is required to produce a new map of the property outlining what is at the site, reports the Waterbury Republican-American.

The business, located at the former Clamdigger restaurant site, not only sells flowers but will also have a gourmet deli.
