Fire Does Significant Damage To Woodbury Home

WOODBURY, CT — An early morning fire Wednesday destroyed much of a home at 329 Washington Road, Route 47, The Republican-American reported. The homeowner managed to escape the blaze, reported at 1:45 a.m.

Firefighters were able to quickly get control of the fire, but not before it had done significant damage. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
