House Tour Sponsored by Women's Club of Woodbury

The Women's Club of Woodbury will sponsor it 25th annual Holiday House Tour on Saturday, Dec. 14 from 10am to 4pm.

Woodbury, CT - The Women's Club of Woodbury will sponsor it 25th annual Holiday House Tour on Saturday, Dec. 14 from 10am to 4pm.

The club has served the community since 1896 and is a nonprofit organization which supports civic, charitable and environmental interests through education, volunteerism and fundraising.

On the House Tour ticket holders will visit five unique homes and a contemporary barn decorated for the holidays. After the tour, they can stop at the Woodbury Senior Center for light refreshments and holiday baskets for purchase.

The tour will take place regardless of the weather.

Tickets may be purchased in advance for $30 or on the day of the tour for $35 online at www.eventbrite.com "2019 Holiday House Tour" or at the following outlets in Woodbury: Canfield Corner Pharmacy, Evergreen Inn & Tavern, Woodbury Drug, Woodbury Farm Market, Walker Road Winery and the Hidden Acorn.

Ticket locations outside of Woodbury include the Hickory Stick Bookshop in Washington Depot, Newbury Place in Southbury and Washington Depot, the Roxbury Market & Deli, Towne Apothecary in Bethlehem, the Village Restaurant & Tap in Litchfield and the Yankee Quilters in Seymour.

Non-refundable ticket proceeds benefit scholarship and charitable and civic needs for tax purposes.

Advance tickets may also be purchased by mail by sending a check made out to "The Woman's Club of Woodbury Holiday House Tour," along with a stamped self-addressed envelope to: The Woman's Club of Woodbury Holiday House Tour, P.O. Box 1014, Woodbury, CT, 06798. Please include a phone number.

On the day of the tour, tickets may be purchased starting at 9 a.m. at the Senior/Community Center, 265 Main Street South. The Center is located behind the Woodbury Library. At the Senior Center ticket-holders will be treated to complimentary beverages and cookies. WCW’s popular holiday kindling baskets and items will be available for purchase. There is plenty of parking at the Senior Center.

Homes on the tour will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Visitors on the tour are asked to bring slippers since shoes must be taken off in the houses. Taking photos in the homes is not permitted. The House Tour will take place regardless of weather. Tickets are non-refundable.
