How to Stay True to the Soul of Teaching: A Workshop
"All children are just aching to learn," workshop speaker Blaise Messinger said. "They want something to rouse them out of the ennui and tedium."

A free workshop at Quinnipiac University will focus on staying true to the "soul of teaching in the face of heightened pressure and examination from outside forces," according to the event announcement on Hamden Patch.
The speaker is Blaise Messinger, a former Hollywood actor and current fifth grade teacher in Cromwell. He was also named the 2013 Connecticut Teacher of the Year.

Location: Auditorium at the Center for Medicine, Nursing and
Health Sciences on the North Haven Campus at Quinnipiac University.
