Lawsuit Reportedly Filed To Overturn Denial Of Woodbury Dollar General Store
The project application was turned down earlier this month.

WOODBURY, CT — Sound Garrett Woodbury LLC, developers of the proposed Dollar General store in Woodbury, have filed a lawsuit to overturn the recent denial of their application by the town's Inland Wetlands Agency, reports the Waterbury Republican-American.
The agency turned down the application earlier this month, citing concerns over a lack of information from the developer.
The lawsuit argues, in part, that the agency's decision lacked proof that the project would adversely impact wetlands at the site, located at 614 Main Street South.
