Man Barricaded in Watertown Home Fires Shot at Police

Update 2:40 p.m.: A perimeter has been set-up around the home and the Regional Emergency Response Team was called for help with the situation, according to NBC Connecticut. One shot was fired at police, but missed.

Update 1:30 p.m. : The man has been identified by police as a 27-year-old military veteran, according to Fox CT. A family member told police he suffers from PTSD.

A man who has barricaded himself in his Watertown home fired shots at police.

The incident is unfolding at 179 Bryant Rd. and officers are on scene attempting to negotiate with the man, according to WFSB.

No one was hit,
