The Middlebury Public Library will host its month-long Bullying Awareness Kick-off Monday, October 1, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. Edward B. St. John, First Selectman, Police Chief Dabbo, the Library Board of Trustees and the Region 15 Board of Education members will be on hand to welcome the community. Refreshments will be served.
