A Middlebury man is $25,000 richer after purchasing a lucky lottery ticket on Monday. Joseph Reilly, of Middlebury won $25,000 while playing Connecticut Millionaires Club. He purchased the ticket at Cumberland Farms #4766 in Thomaston.
