The town filed the suit with the state Supreme Court.

MIDDLEBURY, CT — A decision could be handed down this spring from the state Supreme Court concerning a lawsuit filed by the Town of Middlebury against the CPV Towantic power plant in Oxford, reports the Waterbury Republican-American.
