Neighbors of Woodbury Resident Granted Variance for Oversized Barn Will Not Appeal Decision
The resident was granted the variance as he had established a hardship justifying the ZBA decision.

The neighbors of a Rowley Road resident who received a variance earlier this month for a barn will not be appealing the variance, the Republican-American reports.
The Zoning Board of Appeals granted the variance to Adam Bonito, who mistakenly received a zoning permit despite the barn violating zoning regulations and being 1.5 times larger than the size of the principal building’s ground floor, the paper reports. Brian Miller, the town’s planning consultant and zoning enforcement officer, issued the permit in April saying he relied on a faulty sketch.
A lawyer representing the neighbors said his clients would not pursue the matter in Superior Court, the paper reports.
