From organic gardening to meditation, New Morning is offering a variety of classes to help create a healthier outlook.

New Morning Market located on 129 Main Street South in Woodbury is offering a series of classes starting April 3 and running through April 28. The classes run the gamut from meditation to organic gardening with the idea of providing ideas on living healthier! Everything you need to know to get started growing your own organic vegetables! This informative session will cover site preparation, seed selection and starting, planting for continued harvest, organic pest management, and season extension. Come with questions! Holli has 10+ years of organic farming and homesteading experience to draw upon, with a focus on heirloom and open-pollinated plant varieties for seed saving. Tickets $5

Managing Lyme Disease and Co-Infections

Carney, a naturopathic physician at Northeast Natural Medicine, LLC, will discuss scientific findings about Lyme and other tick-borne illnesses as well as the most sensitive testing available. He will also discuss the role of integrative medicine as using effective anti-microbials, addressing other underlying conditions which make symptoms worse and removing barriers to wellness.
