PDDH Flu Clinic at Woodbury Middle School on November 6, 3:30 - 5:00 PM for persons 6 months and older
PDDH to Hold Flu Shot Clinic For Region 14 Families at Woodbury Middle School
The Pomperaug Health District will be holding flu clinics for persons 6 months and older at Woodbury Middle School on Wednesday, November 6 from 3:30 – 5:00 PM. The Health District clinics are staffed by experienced nurses. Appointments are not required. New for this year: UnitedHealthcare is now accepted. Available vaccines: quadrivalent vaccine, FluMist for children 2-4 years old, and Flublok for adults 18 years and older.
The Pomperaug Health District will have weekly clinics every Monday through January 6, 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Health District Office located at Playhouse Corner, 77 Main Street North, Suite 205 in Southbury. Please note there will be no clinic on the following Mondays: November 11 and December 23.

The following health insurances are accepted: Medicare Part B; Aetna; Cigna; Connecticare; UnitedHealthcare; and HUSKY/Medicaid. Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield is also accepted, with the exception of their Access Health CT / CT Exchange – Pathway Network plans (the gold, silver, bronze plans). Insurance cards must be presented at the clinic for each person receiving a vaccine. Persons with other health insurance or no health insurance must pay with cash, check, or credit card.
