“Tied to the Tracks” will leave you tied up in knots – of laughter! This action-packed old-time
musical melodrama is filled with song, dance, humor and a plot straight out of the old west!
Come to the town of Buffalo Bend, Dakota Territory, circa 1880. Along with a large cast of
townspeople and colorful characters, you will meet the handsome Sheriff Billy Bold and the
delicate heroine Dakota Melody, as they resist the schemes and skullduggery of Silas Scavenger
and the notorious Wild Prairie Rose. You will be hitched to your seats and powerless to help our
beloved heroine as she is bound to a railroad track. Only ONE man can snatch her from her
unworthy fate, and bring justice to a thriving territory! Fun for Ages 8-98.

The Woman's Club of Woodbury, which just celebrated its 120th anniversary in May has been a
sponsor of CTAW's 2016-2017 season and will be selling refreshments and soft drinks at the
“Tied to the Tracks” Sunday Matinee, May 21 at 2 pm.

Good News Cafe of Woodbury will be purveyor of popcorn, wine and beer at all evening
performances, and CTAW will be selling refreshments and soft drinks. Doors open forty-five
minutes before showtime.

Tickets may be purchased through CTAW’s website www.ctaw-ct.org or by calling Woodbury
Parks and Rec at (203) 263-3113. General Admission $20 - Senior/Youth under 18 - $16
