Report: Middlebury Woman Charged With DUI in Southbury
Police say she almost struck a building with her vehicle.
Christina M. Smith, 42, of Glenwood Avenue in Middlebury, was charged with DUI following a traffic stop in Southbury this past weekend, the Republican-American reports.
At 12:48 a.m. Saturday, police saw Smith’s vehicle allegedly driving erratically on Southford Road and she almost hit a building nearby, ran over the curb, and ended up on the wrong side of the road, the Rep-Am reports.
Police say Smith’s car almost hit their vehicle and it ended up being stopped on Strongtown Road.
