Robbery Suspect Sought by State Police
Troop A in Southbury is asking for the public's help in identifying a man suspected of robbing a home in Roxbury during the day.
On Tuesday, Oct. 13, at approximately 1:04 p.m., Troopers from Troop A in Southbury and the Roxbury Resident State Trooper’s Office were dispatched to a burglary alarm at a residence in nearby Roxbury.
Upon arriving on scene, troopers discovered that someone had forced their way into the residence and taken numerous items. Troopers secured the scene and initiated a criminal investigation.
Officers were able to collect evidence and interview witnesses. Surveillance video from the residence captured both the suspect and suspect vehicle. The suspect vehicle was seen being driven from the scene by a black male. The vehicle was last seen leaving the area on Squire Road.
