Middlebury Police responded to a call on Tower Road early Tuesday morning, Nov. According to Fox61, an elderly man was in the driveway, lying in a pool of blood.

He was pronounced deceased at the scene and police have deemed the cause of death to be of a suspicious nature.
Tower Road is closed while the investigation is ongoing.
