Two Wanted Men Sought By Police

The two are wanted on escape warrants.

WATERBURY, CT — State Police are seeking the whereabouts of two men who left halfway houses in Waterbury. Zachary Foster, 22, is wanted on a warrant for first-degree escape after he left a halfway house in September, police said.

Police are also seeking James Shea, 47, who is wanted for larceny, failure to appear and escape after he left a Waterbury halfway house in April 2017.

Foster is a 22 year old black male, approximately 5’5”, 130 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. Shea is a white male approximately 5’9”, 250 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.
