WATERBURY, CT - A local resident won a lottery prize recently. According to Connecticut Lottery, Paul Boccialetti, of Waterbury, won $20,000 on Oct. 16.
Boccialetti won playing the 20X Cash 2nd Edition and purchased the lucky ticket at Labonne and Sons in Watertown.
