WOODBURY, CT — A Woodbury resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Watertown earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On August 31, William Hale III, of Woodbury, purchased a 20x Cash 5th Edition ticket from the Stop & Shop in Watertown and won $20,000.
